Arrow Systems — A White-Label GoHighLevel Platform Operated by Arow LLC

Effective Date: April 2, 2026

By accessing or using Arrow Systems you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By creating an account, submitting a form, or using any service offered by Arrow Systems (operated by Arow LLC), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree you may not use our platform.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Arrow Systems provides a white-labeled GoHighLevel CRM platform and digital marketing services including but not limited to:

  • CRM and lead management systems

  • Website and funnel building

  • Marketing automation — SMS, email, and follow-up sequences

  • Google Ads and Local Service Ads management

  • Google Business Profile setup and optimization

  • Consulting and growth strategy services

Services are provided on a subscription or project basis as outlined in your service agreement with Arow LLC.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To use Arrow Systems you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

  • Be at least 18 years of age or have legal authority to enter contracts

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

  • All fees are due as outlined in your service agreement with Arow LLC

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly on the agreed billing date

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe

  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as stated in your service agreement

  • Late payments may result in suspension of services

  • Ad spend on Google platforms is billed directly by Google and is separate from Arrow Systems fees

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use Arrow Systems to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or violate CAN-SPAM or TCPA regulations

  • Transmit illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content

  • Violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts

  • Resell or redistribute Arrow Systems services without written permission from Arow LLC

  • Use the platform for any purpose that competes directly with Arow LLC without prior written consent

6. SMS TERMS & CONDITIONS

Arrow Systems SMS Messaging Program
By providing your phone number and opting in through our website forms, funnels, booking pages, chat widgets, or other consent-based methods, you agree to receive SMS messages from Arrow Systems, operated by Arow LLC.

These messages may include:

  • account notifications

  • onboarding updates

  • appointment reminders

  • customer support responses

  • lead follow-up messages

  • service-related alerts

  • promotional offers where consent has been provided

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to +1 619-604-5687. After you send the SMS message “STOP,” we will send you a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to opt in again, you may do so through the original signup method and messaging will resume.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message frequency varies depending on your activity, account status, appointments, and services requested.

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, branding, software, and materials on Arrow Systems are the property of Arow LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without written permission.

Content you create or upload to the platform remains your property. By uploading content you grant Arow LLC a limited license to use it to provide our services.

8. THIRD PARTY SERVICES

Arrow Systems integrates with third party platforms including GoHighLevel, Google, Stripe, Calendly, and others. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Arow LLC is not responsible for the actions or policies of third party providers.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law Arow LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities

  • Results of Google Ads campaigns or digital marketing efforts

  • Downtime or interruptions in third party services including GoHighLevel or Google

Our maximum liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Arow LLC in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Arrow Systems is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Arow LLC does not guarantee specific results, lead volumes, revenue outcomes, or return on ad spend. Digital marketing results vary based on market conditions, competition, and factors outside our control.

11. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate services with written notice as outlined in your service agreement. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the platform will be suspended at the end of your billing period

  • All account data will be retained for 30 days then deleted unless you request export

  • Outstanding fees remain due and payable

  • Arow LLC will transfer all account assets and access to you within 48 hours of final payment

12. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Arrow Systems shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation between both parties. If unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in San Diego, California.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of Arrow Systems after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
